How Do I Delete My Profile?

Want to permanently delete your account?
You can delete your account anytime from the website or the app. Scroll down for step-by-step instructions.

Important:

• Deleting your account is permanent — your profile, matches, and messages will be completely and irreversibly removed.
• We won’t be able to restore your account after deletion.
• If you're a Premium member, please cancel your subscription's auto-renewal before deleting your account.

How to Delete Your Account

On the Website:

1. Go to your Profile from the left sidebar.
2. Navigate to Account Settings > Manage Account > Delete Account.
3. Click Delete Account again when prompted.
4. Choose a reason and type "delete" to confirm.
5. Click Delete Account to finalize.

On the App:

1. Tap your Profile icon in the bottom right corner.
2. Go to Account Settings > Manage Account > Delete Account.
3. Tap Delete Account again when prompted.
4. Choose a reason and type "delete" to confirm.
5. Tap Delete Account to complete the process.
