Individual messages and entire conversations can't be deleted on their own. The only way to remove a chat is by removing the match.
How to remove a match:
- Go to Chats.
- Select the match to open the conversation.
- Tap the menu icon (⋮).
- Choose Remove and confirm.
Note: once a match is removed, it cannot be restored, so be sure before you confirm.
