You can update both your email and push notification preferences at any time. Here's how to manage each type.
Email notifications
- Go to My Profile > Account Settings > Notification Settings.
- Choose the types of emails you'd like to receive.
- Click Save My Preferences.
Your settings will be applied right away, and you can return to adjust them whenever you like.
Push notifications
Push notifications are managed through your mobile device (the exact steps may vary depending on your device). To turn them on or off:
On iOS:
- Open your device Settings.
- Scroll to and select our app.
- Tap Notifications and adjust your preferences.
On Android:
- Open your device Settings.
- Go to Apps and select our app.
- Tap Notifications and adjust your preferences.
Still not receiving email notifications?
If you've updated your preferences but still aren't receiving our emails — or something doesn't seem to be working as expected — please contact our Support team. We'll be happy to look into it and make sure your notifications are set up correctly.
