Quick answer: Apply promotional codes at checkout on the website only; codes work on first subscriptions, not renewals.
- Select Upgrade to Premium, Upgrade Now, or the Premium diamond icon.
- Choose your plan, then select Choose Plan.
- Enter your code in Enter Coupon Code; select the arrow.
- Confirm the discounted price displays before completing purchase.
- Redeem on the website only — not App Store or Google Play.
Check the code is entered correctly and unexpired; otherwise contact Customer Support.
