Every photo is reviewed before it appears on your profile, which usually takes 24–48 hours. Most photos are approved — here's what to check if yours wasn't.
Photo requirements
- Accepted formats are .jpg, .jpeg, and .png, and your profile needs at least one photo.
- Your main photo should clearly show you — recent, well-lit, and not heavily filtered.
Common reasons a photo is rejected
- Nudity, sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- No recognizable person, or an image that's mostly text, a logo, or a group photo where you can't be identified.
- Contact details, links, or anything that looks like an advertisement.
- Copyrighted, celebrity, or stock images that aren't you.
What to do next
