How do I delete my account?
Quick answer: Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible; cancel your Premium subscription auto-renewal before you delete.
- Profile, matches, and messages are removed completely and irreversibly.
- Support cannot restore your account after deletion.
- Web: Account Settings > Manage Account > Delete Account.
- App: tap Profile icon, then the same Account Settings path.
- Choose a reason, type delete, then confirm Delete Account.

How to Delete Your Account
On the Website:
- Go to your Profile from the left sidebar.
- Navigate to Account Settings > Manage Account > Delete Account.
- Click Delete Account again when prompted.
- Choose a reason and type "delete" to confirm.
- Click Delete Account to finalize.
On the App:
- Tap your Profile icon in the bottom right corner.
- Go to Account Settings > Manage Account > Delete Account.
- Tap Delete Account again when prompted.
- Choose a reason and type "delete" to confirm.
- Tap Delete Account to complete the process.
