If you purchased the subscription on the website
If you signed up and paid directly through our website, please contact our Support team to request a refund. Be sure to include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your purchase quickly.

If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or Google Play
If you subscribed using your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play), your payment was processed by Apple or Google — not by us. This means refunds for these purchases are handled directly by the app store, and we're unable to issue them on our end.
To request a refund:
- App Store (Apple): Submit your request through Apple's support page.
- Google Play: Submit your request through Google Play's support page or directly in the Google Play app.
Each store applies its own refund policy and eligibility rules, so the outcome is determined by Apple or Google.
