If your credit card has expired or your payment details have changed, you can update your billing information directly in your account. The steps depend on where you purchased your subscription.
If you purchased your subscription on the website
To update your payment details:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to My Profile > Account Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription.
- Click Manage Subscription again.
- Under Payment Methods, update your credit card or billing details.
Your new payment information will be saved and used for future charges.
If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or Google Play
If you subscribed using your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play), your payment details are managed by Apple or Google — not by us. In this case, you'll need to update your credit card or account information directly with the app store:
- App Store (Apple): Update your payment method in your Apple ID settings.
- Google Play: Update your payment method in the Google Play app or your Google account settings.
If an automatic payment fails
If an upcoming automatic charge is unsuccessful, you'll be required to pay the outstanding fee manually. This option will appear on your profile once an automatic payment attempt fails, so you can settle the balance and keep your subscription active.
