How do I change my email address?
Quick answer: Email signups must contact Customer Support to change their address; Facebook, Apple, or Google signups cannot switch to email login.
- Signed up with email? Contact Customer Support to update it.
- No self-service option exists for changing your email address.
- Facebook, Apple, or Google accounts must keep signing in there.
- Switching from social login to email login is not possible.

If You Signed Up Using Your Email Address:
If you originally created your account using your email address, the only way to change your email address is to contact our Customer Support Team. Please reach out to us and we’ll assist you with updating your email.
If You Signed Up Using Facebook, Apple, or Google:
Your account is tied to the method you used when you signed up. This means:
- If you used Facebook, Apple, or Google, you'll need to continue signing in using that same platform.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to switch from a social login to an email login at this time.
