Christian Mingle doesn't use passwords. When you sign in with your email, we send a one-time verification code to that address. If you signed up with Facebook, Google, or Apple, you won't receive a code — just use that button instead.
If your code hasn't arrived, try these steps:
- Give it a minute. Codes usually arrive within a moment or two, but email can occasionally be delayed.
- Check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, and Social folders and search your inbox for "Christian Mingle." If you find our email there, mark it as "Not Spam" or add us as a safe sender so future codes reach your inbox.
- Confirm you're using the right email — the same address you used when you registered.
- Request a new code. Codes expire after a short time, so tap Resend code to get a fresh one.
