Quick answer: Codes arrive within moments — check Spam, Junk, Promotions and Social folders before anything else.
- Search those folders for Christian Mingle, then mark us safe
- Confirm you are using your registration email address
- Expired code? Request a fresh one with Resend code
- Signed up with Facebook, Google, or Apple? No code is sent
Still nothing after several minutes? Contact Customer Support with your account email.
Christian Mingle doesn't use passwords. When you sign in with your email, we send a one-time verification code to that address. If you signed up with Facebook, Google, or Apple, you won't receive a code — just use that button instead.
If your code hasn't arrived, try these steps:
- Give it a minute. Codes usually arrive within a moment or two, but email can occasionally be delayed.
- Check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, and Social folders and search your inbox for "Christian Mingle." If you find our email there, mark it as "Not Spam" or add us as a safe sender so future codes reach your inbox.
- Confirm you're using the right email — the same address you used when you registered.
- Request a new code. Codes expire after a short time, so tap Resend code to get a fresh one.
